We've now been trading online for six weeks now, whoop whoop!
So much has happened since our last post, we have been featured on Black Wall Street Official's top 20 black owned swimwear brands; listed on Itz Caribbean UK fashion directory and Shoppe Black an online platform supporting and empowering black businesses around the world. We have approached regional newpapers and magazines in the UK to build more awareness of the brand Ten&Lee, but sadly so far nothing positive has come out of this. We will continue to keep knocking on all of doors and persevering, as this is only the beginning for us and we are super excited for the future of Ten&Lee Swimwear Ltd.
Ten&Lee is proud to announce we have joined a partnership with Jamii an online platform which connects customers to great discounts at African & Caribbean owned businesses in the UK.
On the horizon we are planning our second swimwear shoot and we promise to keep all of our fans informed on which beautiful Caribbean destination we choose to do the shoot.
Ten&Lee is now on the hunt for a social media intern based in London and preferably a college or university student, to volunteer one day a week for six to eight weeks to start as soon as possible. Please contact us at email@example.com for more information.
Unfortunately our problems with the initial manufacturer has still not been resolved and are waiting to hear from the county court to set a mediation hearing. We will keep you posted on the outcome once the date has been set.
