How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will contain:

Your tracking number

A direct link to the courier's tracking website

The estimated delivery timeframe

Simply click the tracking link in your email to see the real-time status and location of your package.

I Have My Tracking Number, What's Next?

Carrier Website: Copy your tracking number from the email and visit the website of the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.).

Tracking Page: Paste the number into the "Track a Package" field on the carrier's site for the most detailed and up-to-date information.

Understanding Your Tracking Status

Label Created: We've prepared your order for pickup. The carrier has not yet received the package.

Picked Up / In Transit: The carrier has your package and it is on its way to a sorting facility.

Out for Delivery: Your package is on the delivery truck and will be arriving at your address today!

Delivered: Your package has been delivered. If the status says delivered but you can't find it, please check with household members or your front office/secure delivery location.

Need Help?

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate and update in the carrier's system after you receive the shipping email.

International shipping can sometimes experience brief delays in tracking updates as packages move between countries and through customs. Please be patient.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, or if the estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at tenandlee01@outlook.com with your order number ready.
